Noticed a hot brake smell coming down the mountains from I70 into Denver. I drive tour busses for famous bands. Vehicle was unsafe to drive up to Aspen that day due to stress cracked rotors from overheating. The artist was going to miss her show until Iron Buffalo Repair came out with a mobile team and helped me keep the artist safe on the road. Was able to make the show by the skin of our teeth and the bus handled those steep mountain roads so well. We had a very hard time sourcing parts on such short notice so I had my shop team from TN overnight them to us and the bus was repaired right at the music venue. Rotors, pads, calipers. Excellent work. Major thanks to the techs and to Steven for taking such great care of us with Celebrity Coaches LLC.

I would not recommend this company to any of my fellow owner operators. I was quoted one price initially and then the price changed once the service was supposedly completed, which my Freighliner Cascadia had the same exact issue/problem (low oil pressure reading) after receiving several invoices asking to extend the job, I ended up paying almost 6k, for what I found later to be a $100.00 sensor. After I bought it to their attention that the price initially quoted had changed tremendously, the owner arguably forced me to have my driver go the bank and get 6k cash out to pay them which I had never heard of in the many years of being an owner operator. Iron Buffalo is a fraud and I plan on reporting this company to the BBB….Jerry Smith of J&S Logistics Inc I have the receipts to prove this post that I wish I could post pictures of…..

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT HONEST… So I took it in here to get 2 problems looked at. I was given a price for a 30 point inspection and a price for a fix for another issue. So a week later I go and pick up my vehicle and the price for the 30 point inspection is right but then they charged me 225.00 for a second Inspection which was ludicrous because it should have been covered under the first amount. Then when I’m trying to talk to the guy at the counter about this some jerk gets up out of his chair and gives me attitude and talking to me like I’m an idiot. Then I find out that the mechanic was just guessing what was wrong with my vehicle because he could not get it to replicate, so he says. He wanted to charge me 2500.00 for a guess that would not have worked and I know this because I called the company that built my vehicle and they said that the mechanic was wrong and that I should not let them do work on my 300,000 truck. Finally when I pick my vehicle up it was so dirty, and yes this pissed me off because I had just spent over 400.00 getting it detailed. I’m just so disappointed in this shop and honestly I’ve never been just straight up taken like they took me. D

Great communication they understood we were on a timelines for work and they fit us in the best they could did an alignment and got a diagnosis in less than 24hrs great honest competitive prices. Steve and John were amazing and Johnny over at the "North" alignment shop was great.

Had my converted box truck - RV in for service. There was an initial mistake during a transmission rear seal replacement, but the issue was immediately addressed and corrected. Shannon the GM of the facility personally over saw the process and made sure repairs were done on time and got me back on the road.
